Wow, whatever you do, do not buy this book, it is useless, this is not going to help me lose weight whatsoever. Its useless, save your money for something better.
I first learned about food combining back in the 80s from the book “Fit for Life” and stumbled across this book at a bookfair. Personally, I think it does a great job of explaining why to food combine and how it works. I especially love the charts at the end of the book that show what foods combine easily. Although I didn’t try the recipes, I feel this book gave me the basic information I needed to combine my favorite foods correctly.
