I found nothing special in this book. The recepies are nothing innovative, anybody can assemble food to make it low calorie.
The book contains good ideas and a break down of all calories in a given meal. Some of the recipes seem a little banal.Others are pretty good.
I love this weight loss plan and the cookbook is great. It gives you tons of recipes for a varity of foods. I love how it breaks down the portions for you.
I love this book. It has great yummy recipes and the diet is not too hard to follow. It worked for me!
