If you are looking for a boost in your energy level this product will do it. If you looking for a weight loss product this is not it. During the first couple of weeks I did notice a little decrease in my appetite, but it was short lived a week or so later and I didn’t notice the same result. Perhaps my body adapted to the decrease I don’t know I am not a medical person. I just know that I had high expectations due to all the hype about this wonder Acai Berry product. Because of the high demand of running two businesses I will probably continue to use the product for the increase energy that I experienced while taking it.
Don’t be fooled by other imitations; this is the real deal. I have been taking this supplement for several months. I don’t take it every day, but I can definitely feel the energy when I do. Also, I usually only take 1 capsule as opposed to the 2-4 recommended dose. I have seen the energy as well as immunity benefits while taking this. Not to mention the hidden benefits that antioxidants offer. Since this does increase energy, I have found that taking it too close to bedtime makes it difficult to fall asleep, but I am very sensitive to caffeine in general. This is a steal at $[...] for 120 capsules.
I admit I am a sucker for the latest hot herb or natural remedy. This is another in a long line of them. It will probably pass from the scene just as many “magic pills” pass into obscurity. Remember Hoodia? Remember coral calcium? Nothing is a substitute for a balanced diet, exercize and a content mind. Before you buy this stuff, do those things first. Having said that, I think this stuff has had some marginal positive impact on my energy level. It certainly is not harmful. Have at it.
Only had this for a couple weeks now, but I seem to notice a little energy boost and immunity boost. I generally eat very healthy, lots of greens and fruits, etc. Too soon to report on any weightloss claims.
Boosts energy, helps with workouts. I take two caps in the morning, product works for me, not a placebo. Well worth the price.
