The book has great working information from being tested physical by the Marines. Points and performance requirements to meet the requirements of the Marines.
Remedial procedures encase you fail to meet the physical requirements. The book has covers body composition standards and evaluation. The daily 16 program is a comrehensive series of warmup, conditioning, and cool-down exercises. There are pictures of these exercises. This is a military manual so it is kind of plain jane in the text and pictures but the content is on the money!! A great buy!
