About the Brand
When we founded Cape Cod Potato Chips, Inc. , and Chatham Village Foods, Inc. , we dedicated ourselves to making the best tasting all-natural snacks in the world. Today, the greater availability of organic ingredients has allowed us to bring that dedication to a higher level with our new company: Late July Organic Snacks. The ingredients for our new snacks are a throwback to the days before modern agribusiness. Unlike conventional, pesticide-sprayed crops grown for high yields rather than flavor, organic crops are fragile and expensive, but the payoff is immense: superior flavor, peace of mind, and a cleaner, safer environment. Our recipes are inspired by a bygone era as well. Through our snacks, we hope to perpetuate the tradition of the small, local 19th-century snack maker that used to be found all across the country.

Very salty
These are a nice alternative to huge brand crackers, however they taste like pure salt. Try the “saltine” Late July crackers. I really regret buying these.
I have been looking for a long time for a cracker to substitute for the main two brands available nationwide. All the others I had tried were not approved by my family for a variety of reasons, mainly not having any taste. These crackers are light, crispy and great-tasting. These will replace all the other ones we used to buy, even my picky 4-year old likes them.

Wow! These are really, really good. I don’t think there are better tasting crackers available in the market. Look at the nutrition facts, you will also see that these are the healthiest crackers. Very crunchy and tasty, every bite reveals the premium taste of organic ingredients in it. I have also tried Late July Organic Classic Rich Crackers with Temptee Whipped Cream Cheese, was a pretty exciting experiment. I highly recommend it!

Very good quality, and super fast shipping. Product was exactly as described. The delivery service treated the product a bit rough.
If you’re looking for an organic version of Ritz–this is the one for you. Some breakage from shipping, but a tasty little snack.

They’re organic, they’re crackers, they’re good, not much else to say
They’re quite good for an organic product. Are they worth the extra cost over the heavily processed junk on the store shelves? Every penny.
