Don’t miss this book! It’s absolutely excellent. I was surprised at how well-researched the text of this book is and, when I then glanced at the team of professionals who were consulted for the book, readily understood why it is so excellent. This book is chuck full of useful information in an easy-to-read and understand format that is also reasonably concise for each topic covered.
Bravo! And please keep up the good work!
This is a wonderful book to keep on hand for reference. We have referred back to it often. It is well categorized and written. As an added bonus, it includes healthy recipes.
I have rheumatoid arthritis and this book taught me a lot of things I didn’t know, which I am now implementing in my diet to try and help ease my inflammation.
This book provides some comprehensive information on some healthy foods. The first part is some general information on what’s good or bad with some foods/ingredients we take everyday, which is especially useful if you care about what you eat and your well being. The second part of the book provides some detailed information on each or particular food group and their general curing capacity. It’s an excellent book for those who want to live a health life. I bought this book after looking over some pages and find it contain some extremely useful information on healthy eating, and had to have it.
Probably the best reference of its type out there. Basically telling you what to eat for what ails you, it’s well-researched & indexed. It provides us additionally with recipes for tasty-looking dishes & vital educational info, all in a colorful eye-pleasing format. My only issue with the recipes is for Spinach Salad, since spinach, like tomatoes, provides its greatest health benefits when cooked.
I found this ‘09 pb edition here after deciding not to shell out $46 to Rdrs. Dig. for the ‘07 hardcvr ed. A fascinating read for the health-conscious foodie.
