I saw Ian Smith on TV and told myself I have to get that book. Next time I’ll save my money and just buy a cook book and note pad from the 99 cent store.
It took almost three weeks to get this book….
Way too long
What a piece of garbage. This diet is billed as “eating what you want just in moderate portions”. That comes after the diet of tree bark and dirt. It is very repetitive. I imagine that this guy couldn’t keep his own diet. It is ridiculous. For a modest weight loss? You really need to hate yourself to keep this diet.
Change your life and learn how to not only eat healthy but create a healthy lifestyle for yourself.
you **WILL** lose weight on the recommended 1000 calories per day no matter what you put in your body.. Of course fruit, veggies and lean proteins are the best thing to put into it.. More diet scams.. Eat less and you will lose weight, you don’t need to know anything special! just eat less and eat fresh! KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid)
