Dr. Gott’s No Flour, No Sugar Diet

This book was sent to a friend of mine directly from the book seller; as such I cannot comment on the contents. My responses to questions numbers 1 and 2 were strictly improv, as the survey does not provide for “thinking out of the box”!
A real funny dude is Dr. Gott. He told me to put thyroid cream on my taco salad. It was good.
I received the book timley and in good contition. It wasn’t exactly what I expected but is interesting.
Not sure how realistic this is. Was not impressed with this book. Would not follow this diet for the long run.
I purchased this book, read it, and turned around and sold it in the same week. Why? Simply put this book tells you nothing more than what we all know…cutting calories and exercise is the only way to lose weight. In other words, Dr. Gott tells us that a “calorie is a calorie” so in my humble opinion I ask. Why do without things we like? Why don’t we just reduce the amount, exercise, and not feel deprived?
