This is a great journal. It is small enough to carry in your purse (if you have big purses like I do!), has a durable cover and a lot of pages to last a while. There are boxes to enter in a lot of information, I ended up only utilizing the amounts I was interested in, but for the first couple weeks I was fascinated to see how much sodium and carbs I was taking in daily!
This journal really keeps me on track to hit my health goals, and the tips in the front are short, sweet, and actually really useful! I recommend this to anyone looking for an easy way to track their intake, which I think is important if you are trying to lose weight, gain muscle, or just live a healthier lifestyle.

This is quite possibly the best thing I have ever bought in regards to my diet and fitness plans. Since starting writing down my caloric/fat intake and the calories I burn, I have lost 20 lbs. It helps so much to see what I am doing to my body!! I intend to lose 30 more and I KNOW this is going to help me! I am buying another one as a gift to my work out buddy!
Great journal! I bought one and turned around and bought a bunch more. I will be using this one for quite a while. Its a nice shape, not to wide but has enough room to write everything.
The the pages are broken down how I eat..3 meals and 3 snacks. I use the bodybugg and this journal works well with it, as it gives me a place to record my deficit. It would also work well with Weight Watchers, as it gives your an extra column to record what you want (like pts).
The only thing I see missing it I would like a recap every 4 to 6 weeks for items like measurements. I think taking your measurements every week is a bit much, as it takes some work for those to change.
